Pesona Herba Sdn. Bhd. was founded in 1999 by Puan Hajjah Fatimah Sham Bt Abdullah. She is the holder of Bachelor Degree from the University of Malaya and has wide experiences in business especially in the fields of Beauty and Herbs. All the products manufactured by Pesona were formulated by herself while the research and development (R&D) of the products were done with the cooperation of Malaysian Government’s Agencies such as SIRIM (Standards Institute of Research Malaysia), ,MARDI (Malaysian Agricultural Research & Development Institute), MPOB (Malaysian Palm Oil Board). All the products manufactured uses abstracts from natural plants and herbs. They are guaranteed to be clean, halal, of high quality and has no side effects.

Pesona Herba Sdn.Bhd has 7 Subsidiary Companies namely:-

1) Pesona Cosmetics
- Factory licensed under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) to manufacture
cosmetics under License No: 001459180-K.

2) Bio Herba Manufacturing
- Factory licensed under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
to manufacture herbal products under License No: 001494424-M

3) Pesona Beauty Shoppe
- Chain Stores to market Pesona products

4) Akademi Kecantikan Pesona
- Pesona Beauty Academy licensed by MLVK (National Vocational Training Council) Ministry of Human Resource to teach students in the fields of beauty and
hair treatments.

5) Poliklinik Pesona
- Clinic specialized in the treatment of Alternative Medicines (Ozone Therapy, Chelation Therapy, Booster of Mind, Sinus,Slimming and Skin Whitening).

6) Pesona Food Industries P.F.I
- In order to veritify its business, Pesona Herba Sdn. Bhd. had ventured into food manufacturing business under its subsidary company Pesona Food Industries (P.F.I.)
The factory produces tapioca and banana chips under the brand name “Kabby” and cookies under the brand of “Butter Semperit Biscuits”. These products are marketed through
Giant and Carrefour Hypermarkets .Pesona Food Industries have been and will be participating in various trade exhibitions overseas organized by Malaysian Government
Agencies (MARA. MATRADE, KPDNHEP) to China, Singapore, Indonesia, Dubai etc.

7) Pesona SPA & Cafe
- Facial Treatment, Hair Treatment, Body Massage, Body Slimming, Body Whiterning, Sauna, Flower Bath, Pedicure & Manicure and Sinus Treatment. The Cafe serve Herbal Food & Drinks.
